Home Page Can you help page Restoration 2007 Diary Index Restoration 2008 Diary Index My First Flight in a Great Lakes	My Great Lakes 2T-1A-2 Rebuild Diary 2008. 14-January-2008. Right hand lower wing. Started refitting the spars - brackets fitted. Glueing block on top of front spar.
	I nailed and clamped in place, then put bracket around with bolts to make sure it was mounted correctly. Rear spar mount. Fitted rear spar mount to make sure all was correct.
	Front spar bracket fitted - good snug fit. First rib fitted... well almost! Just put one in place. One week after I started stripping the spar appart - only worked one day at the wekend and just 2-3hrs in 4 evenings. Very good progress.
